Forum Topics Replies Last post

The N2d SOT

The Statement of Truth is the single most useful item to save your goods being seized at the Border and therefore merits it's own category. We will try to collate all related information here.

'Must have' downloads for cross-border shoppers

Forum Topics Replies Last post

Information that Customs do NOT want you to have! Secret Documents

Here you will find all the downloads that will help protect you against seizures. We've found out through experience that although UKBA/BF love giving out paperwork, they sure as hell don't like to receive it. Especially when most of it is from their own operational manual and procedures. These downloads will be constantly updated whenever necessary.

HELP ... Customs seized your goods

Forum Topics Replies Last post

Help Section

So 'Customs' took your tobacco, maybe your car too? You've googled and discovered that the only people around who are fighting unjust seizures and who might help you with advice/an appeal are N2D.ME ? Post your FULL account of what happened here (remove private data) and the regulars will take a look. While you're waiting for replies YOU MUST GET A COPY OF THE OFFICERS NOTEBOOK by doing a Subject Access Request (SAR). Do it now if you haven't already and follow the instructions here to the letter.

Regarding ourselves, we categorically do not condone smuggling and neither do we condone the current tactics used against legitimate cross-border shoppers by UKBA/Border Force and HMRC. The current tactics benefit both Customs and smugglers alike.
