Crown Court Appeals

HI EVERYONE, i have my appeal at Crown Court on the 9th October 2013.

I am currently preparing all the necessary paperwork,could anyone please tell me what the format / procedure  is in court on this day.  

Is it the same as Magistrates ,or do i show the Judge why i believe the Magistrates F------ UP all help much appreciated

Its new hearing, thieves start and explain why they right stealing your goods and then you explain and show why they are wrong. I passed my bundle to the judge about 20 minutes before entering the court room through women sitting there. Don't even know who she was.


Please ensure you do not divulge any information which could identify you as Border Force will use your posts here as evidence against you in court.
