Manchester FTT October 16 11.30am

My tribunal appeal is listed for an applications hearing at Manchester Tribunal Centre, Alexandra House, 14-22 The Parsonage. The hearing is concerened solely with my objection to Border Force application to stand over tribunal hearing until after condemnation proceedings are completed.

I'm not sure what to expect from the hearing, but it will give me a chance to go head to head with a real barrister. I am already going weak at the knees at the prospect because I am very shy. If nothing else, I'm hoping it will prepare me for the condemnation proceedings.

I can't think it's worth anyone making a special journey  but if someone happens to be wandering around Manchester at this time with nothing else to do, please feel free to pop in.

Good Luck
We don't always share the same methods but then it's a good idea to try different ways in the fight for justice.
Have you had ''court'' experience before? The only advice I would offer is don't rehearse speeches. If the judge says the wrong thing it can knock you right out of rhythm and spoil your well rehearsed speech. It only ever happened to me once!

dont be too worried about attending the tribunal, its very informal and you will get a lot of help and direction from the clerk at tribunals.
