hi peeps
I am very new to this and i would be delighted to find out what is the best way to contest this with border control. Recently i have had an issue regards several of parcels not being delivered and received 3 letter about my goods being held and destroyed very soon if i don't reply. The items is clothing in which the items are in 3 different parcels and have been inspected by and third party for infringements and copy right. I have not got much time and these are solely for me as a person and imported from an non EU country. They have been detained and pending further investigation under article 17 and 18. I also have the name of the right holder which doesn't add up on what they deal with or monitor. I am looking for anyone's specialist help on here to try and help be get the items restored and receive them i have about a 10 days to act.Please I hope somebody can help me get this sorted of some professorial advise or how you got your items back on track and delivered. I would be grateful for some help asap to try and recover these parcels.

From what I can make of your post you have had some counterfeit clothes seized?
I very much doubt anyone here can help. Our area of expertise relates to the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979 and excise goods only.

As Eezy has pointed out the goods concerned would appear to be counterfeit clothes.
Our expertise relates to excise goods coming into UK, from EU countries, for personal use;
Sorry classic86 but we run this forum on a voluntary basis to help fellow EU shoppers and have no knowledge that would assist you.
