Latest on SAR's

Border Force have updated their advice on their website re applying for SAR's. They are promising an initial response within 30 days

I've not had time to read and take it in yet but there is an email address to contact them on. It seems this update occurred on 20th July.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

Re: Latest on SAR's

We have just received a SAR which has taken 136 days to come back. So much for the regulations which state they have 40 days.
