Richard and Ollies Case Hull Magistrates 28th August

Rich and Ollie had their goods detained (C125) on December 19th.
The goods were seized on January 31st.

This case raises many points where UKBA did not follow their own manual.

All are welcome to the court case.

Re: Richard and Ollies Case Hull Magistrates 28th August

We'll go plus another. We'll pop across road for lunch break (if it gets that far). Opportunity for you folks to see what happens with these UKBA cases. They try and keep them secret and away from the publics eyes.

Also opportunity for us to meet you guys.

DO NOT TURN UP
UKBA will not be there so it will just be a paper exercise to set a date for the trial

Re: Richard and Ollies Case Hull Magistrates 28th August

just checking, when the actual date for appeal is ?

i am going to appeal , have started process, also asked border force for foi for actual cost incurred by appellants who go to court and lose , over the last 2 years, interesting to see actual costs awarded, as opposed to what they say they will claim

DID YOU SEND IT RECORDED DELIVERY?

when dealing with any type of authorities ,always send letters by recorded delivery then there is no excuse by anyone for not recieveing any type of documentation
