Solicitors

It is advisable that consideration be given to issues such as costs. Any fees incurred are likely to be disproportionate and may be irrecoverable. Discuss prior to instruction. Explore the funding obtainable (insurance, pro bono etcetera).
Guarantees of success; are there any? Is the case of yours 'strong'? There are cases which involved solicitors that were unsuccessful. Be realistic.
That stated, there is the option of litigant in person and the advice and support of N2D, though any selection/s are yours.
