No problems.

In answer to my question elsewhere we are just back from an overnight using the tunnel. No delays going out, slight delays coming back. Saw 6 or 7 illegals yesterday afternoon coming out of Lidl with bags of shopping and a couple walking along the m/way but that was all. Coming back French custom were doing minimal security checks. Passports checked and that was it, on to the park to wait for the train. Any vodka drinkers, Glens vodka at Real Tobacco is £7-90 per litre

Re: No problems.

Yes Garry, tunnel both ways. Omitted to say we drove through the most horrendous storm on the M20 that I have ever witnessed. We were down to 20mph at one time on the M20, couldn't see a thing in front and nowhere to stop.

Re: No problems.

wot a nightmare journey!

arrived in dunkirk at our prebooked hotel,no reception and automated check in didn't work, after a hour went next door and a french guy tried the auto check in,no joy,so he opened the room door and said somthing like'pay at reception in the morning' yeah right ,fuck right off.

stocked up with loads of booze,£5 a case of 24 guiness and john smiths with todays date on, ha ha

got back to the tunnel, usual questions, car full to brim so they wanted a look obviously,no room for any illegals at £2k a body though,so after a bit of banter with the ukbf on our way,no prob.

M25 a nightmare, never drove in that much rain, just lucky it wasn't the rush hour, but was bad enough, heard reports of a few accidents later on though.

We had to drive through ;the jungle' in calais to get to the beer warehouse,ha ha,very fast i may add, luckily it was still daylight so they were'nt on the move then, saw about 75-100,we usually film them but as it was getting late so we drove through pretty quick with full headlights and they soon scattered.
