£23 return day trips - Eurotunnel.

Limited availability, up to Dec 8th(?).

Just booked for early Dec. Coupled with offers at Premier Inn, that makes it £113 Tunnel and 2 nights at Premier Inn.

Not much different to Hull/Zee but I get a comfy bed, TV and free wifi.

Re: £23 return day trips - Eurotunnel.

Just realised after getting my phone bill, it's a premium rate number to book the half-price travel.

Cost me £3-32 for a 5m-30s phone call. Cheeky devils.

Re: £23 return day trips - Eurotunnel.

0844 numbers are always at higher rate, Eezy

Dialing from landline my 10m.45s call was £1,81 - mine was longer as I added insurance.

Same applies when I've use Tesco vouchers.

Re: £23 return day trips - Eurotunnel.

Too many different categories of 08 numbers incl free, local and premium rates. If they all had different prefixes we might have a chance of remembering.

Normally would use ''say no to 0870'' but was suffering information overload at the time

I never knew 0844 was the expensive one.   Thanks for posting this, I will save some money in the future I am sure.
