FOI 19630 Shelf Life of Tobacco & FOI 19924 Right to Record

Shelf life of tobacco as used by UKBA/HMRC/Border Force. lt used to be a major issue as they said shelf life was very short but they've since conceded that it isn't. Still worth a look and a copy just in case.
