After driving 300 miles and a night in hotel its was adjourned for the 2nd time!

If you mean crown, the first adjournment well they contacted me en-route but said as i was on my way there that i should still appear before the judge which i did. Judge was sincere and apologized for it. 2nd time we waited all day, they left my case until last and the one before it ran too long. Just a clerk came out and said sorry but it aint gonna happen, that's it. I believe i am unable to claim expenses but if i win in crown (when it eventually gets heard) i would have a case to block there certificate of reasonableness i believe.

Adjourned again last week for the third time. Court out of time.

The justice system is in tatters!
