When cross-border shopping, take your Statement of Truth etc and ALWAYS record the Border Force interviews and NEVER EVER sign their notebook ... Period!

Love this bit from the judgement ... judge said:-

"We therefore find that Mr  Sked  misdirected himself as to the Policy in carrying out the review and his decision is therefore one that no reasonable review officer could have arrived at."  (grin) (grin) (grin)

How can you misdirect yourself. I think we should send Mr Sked a get well card via his office.

"79. We also find that Mr  Sked  placed insufficient weight on the due diligence that the Appellant did carry out before employing the drivers.  Mr  Sked  failed to give due consideration as to the different practices in other EU Member States......"

The Sked (like The Fonz except a complete nerd) obviously has already made his decision before he has even looked at a case. I suspect the phrase "misdirecting himself" is probably some sort of euphemism from the legal profession.   http://serve.mysmiley.net/adult/handjob.gif

The gang were shocked do discover that Sked was really the old caretaker and had been selling the seized tobacco on the black market.

Im not sure Mr Zapod did not have a hand in the Skeds ill health, Laura Loo from the UKBF solicitors stated he was on sick leave in January, Well  sick leave? THE FUCKER LEFT A LOT OF PEOPLE SICK.

Nearly forgot my letter from Miss Da Costa asking me, No threatning me not to post THE SKEDS moniker or else.
I am still shaking over that and all the way from LONDON TOWN.

I like Shaking Stevens

MY TAKE IS HE IS INTENDING TO LIE IN BED TIL RETIREMENT OR HE WILL GET HIMSELF SACKED ALLTOGETHER
